		<description>i can&#039;t believe i&#039;m the only one who&#039;s commented on this so far.  this is a huge...major decision that will hopefully support the &#039;free&#039;ness of the internet.

the internet is now our right and to open the &#039;white spaces&#039; means that people can remain or become more informed citezens, therefore access resources that we previously unavailable.
